This is a great set of 5 rotations for teaching healthy habits. The kids LOVE this, and I use it every year to teach them about healthy and unhealthy habits!

1. Doctor Station- Students get to use a stethoscope, watch/listen to a song, and play an app (accessible by a QR Code)
2. Dentist Station- Students get to "floss" and "brush" their "teeth" and watch a video (accessible by a QR Code)
3. Healthy Plate Station- Students cut out pictures of healthy foods and paste on their paper plate.
4. Healthy and Un-Healthy Sort- Students cut out pictures and place them in the correct column (this worksheet is included)
5. Exercise Station- Student get to exercise as they watch fun dance videos (accessible by QR Code Links)
6. Healthy Habits Review- Students will complete the sentence stem and draw a picture of healthy habits regarding visiting the doctor, dentist, eating healthy food, and exercising
